Oral Communication and Personality Test
The first stage in the screening process is a comprehensive language, personality, and communication interview. In addition to speaking english well, our candidates are tested for strong social and communicative skills.
We also examine their personality traits, looking for passionate and driven individuals who are hands-on and fully engaged in their work. Self driven individuals are critical for a contract work setting.

Technical Domain Test
We then check for technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and intellect through various domain specific knowledge tests. We only accept candidates with exceptional results.

Algorithms Test
Each candidate is screened by experts in their functional domain. Live exercises are performed that cover core topics within the candidate’s primary domain of expertise. We look at problem-solving ability, depth of experience, communication ability, and creativity.

Real World Application Test
Each candidate is assigned a test project to evaluate whether they can survive in a real world development ecosystem.
Test projects provide real-world scenarios for candidates to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity over the course of 1-3 weeks.
